President Connie J. Judge is an internationally respected Certified Trichologist, author, educator, entrepreneur, and pioneering healthcare advocate whose life's work has been dedicated to restoring confidence, educating communities, and transforming lives through the science of healthy hair and scalp wellness.

As the Founder and President of the National Trichology Training Institute (NTTI), President Judge made history as the first Black African American woman to develop a comprehensive 600-hour trichology healthcare curriculum approved by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission. Under her visionary leadership, the Institute has educated and graduated students from more than 33 states across the United States and three international countries, preparing a new generation of trichology professionals committed to excellence in hair and scalp healthcare.

Known as an innovative thought leader in the beauty, wellness, and healthcare industries, President Judge has authored more than eighteen books spanning trichology, healthcare, beauty, business, leadership, and ministry. Her writings challenge long-standing myths, replace misinformation with evidence-based education, and empower individuals to take an active role in protecting their hair, scalp, and overall well-being.

Her groundbreaking work has earned national recognition through appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show, the NBC Today Show with Hoda Kotb, and The Dr. Oz Show, along with numerous radio interviews, podcasts, YouTube channels, and digital media platforms. She also created and hosted the television program Sisters Can We Talk, which aired on an NBC affiliate in Macon, Georgia, where she inspired audiences through conversations centered on health, beauty, leadership, faith, and personal growth.

President Judge's extraordinary commitment to education and community service has been recognized through multiple civic honors, including official Proclamations from the Cities of Stockbridge, Georgia; Macon, Georgia; and Albany, Georgia, as well as two Resolutions from the Georgia General Assembly recognizing her outstanding contributions to healthcare education, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. In recognition of her enduring impact, February 20 has been designated annually in her honor at the Georgia State Capitol, celebrating her legacy of service and transformational leadership.

Today, President Judge leads YOUR HAIR JOURNEY™, an international educational movement dedicated to replacing myths with knowledge, restoring healthy hair through science and wellness, and empowering women, men, and children experiencing hair loss to reclaim their confidence and embrace healthier lives. Through The Author Experience, educational workshops, professional training, speaking engagements, and the Kom'-ay® Hair Care System, she continues to advance a global mission of education, restoration, and hope.
